DEPRESSION
Depression is a common mood disorder that impacts how a person thinks, feels, and acts. It is common for clients to describe depression as feeling a heaviness they carry with them, a feeling of "grey", or feeling disconnected even when with friends or loved ones. Individuals with high functioning depression may appear fine on the outside yet be struggling internally.
Signs and Symptoms of Depression
These are some of the signs and symptoms of depression, however everyone may experience depression differently.
